We want you to be happy with your Jaguar Sol order. If something is wrong, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us and we’ll help make it right.

Return Window
We have a 15-day return policy for eligible Jaguar Sol items. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn or unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- With tags attached, if applicable
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Jaguar Sol Headwear
Some Jaguar Sol caps are shipped directly by us.
For these items, eligible returns may be accepted within 15 days of delivery as long as the item meets the return requirements listed above.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Print-on-Demand Products (T-shirts/Accessories)
Some Jaguar Sol products are made and shipped through Printify or other print-on-demand partners.
Because these items are made only after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor sizing or print-placement variations within production tolerance
However, if your Printify product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Contact@jaguarsolworld.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of what is wrong
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
For eligible Jaguar Sol-shipped items, the fastest way to get a different item is to request a return. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.
Print-on-demand products cannot be exchanged for size, color, or change of mind.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Print-on-demand products unless damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
As above, the item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags if applicable, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This does not override restrictions for custom-made or made-to-order products where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund was approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
