Shipping policy
At Jaguar Sol, every order is handled with care. Some products are shipped directly by Jaguar Sol, while others are produced and shipped through our print-on-demand partners, including Printify.
Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on the item ordered, where it is being shipped, and how it is fulfilled.

Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
Processing time depends on the product type:

Jaguar Sol-shipped caps: usually processed within 2–5 business days

Printify / print-on-demand products: usually produced within 3–8 business days before shipping
Print-on-demand products are made after an order is placed, so production time is separate from shipping time. Printify states that most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, though timing may vary during busy seasons, product shortages, or quality checks. (help.printify.com)
Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed or produced.
Estimated shipping times:
- United States: usually 2–8 business days after shipment
- International orders: Not Currently Available
These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, and general logistical nonsense can all cause delays.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately.
For example, a Jaguar Sol cap shipped by us and a print-on-demand shirt shipped by Printify may arrive in different packages, with different tracking numbers, and on different days.
This is normal and does not mean anything is missing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and available shipping method.
If multiple items are fulfilled by different partners, shipping rates may vary because the items are coming from different locations.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you should receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package. Sometimes tracking looks frozen for a day or two because apparently packages enjoy dramatic suspense.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Jaguar Sol is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at Contact@jaguarsolworld.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Jaguar Sol is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

For Printify / print-on-demand products, damaged or incorrect item claims should be reported within 30 days of deliveryso the issue can be reviewed for a possible replacement, reprint, or refund.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed, shipped, or entered production.
Print-on-demand products may not be cancelable once production has started because the item is already being made specifically for that order.
